1. Product and seller
SwimDay – DEEP LANE is a digital Garmin Connect IQ watch-face product provided by PROMETHEUS. Support is available at acidoean@gmail.com.
2. License
A completed one-time purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to unlock the premium features of the purchased watch face on up to three compatible Garmin devices. The license key may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to bypass technical limits.
3. Requirements
A compatible Garmin device, Garmin Connect IQ, internet access during purchase and activation, and the 5-digit Device ID displayed by the watch face are required. Device compatibility is shown on the Connect IQ product listing.
4. Payments and delivery
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Taxes and available payment methods are determined by Paddle at checkout. The digital license is generated after Paddle confirms the transaction as completed.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the product for personal purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, or interfere with the product, licensing service, checkout, or activation system except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Availability and updates
We may provide compatibility fixes and product updates, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every future device or platform version. Planned maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt activation services.
7. Warranty and liability
The product is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected license.
8. Changes and contact
